Kenji Funaki

Kenji has held the position of Chairman of the Board with PLM since 2015 and has been with Marubeni Corporation since 1990. Kenji has a demonstrated history of working in the leasing industry in the U.S., private equity and IT industries in Japan. His background includes experience in corporate planning, IT solutions, and the Finance and Real Estate Investment.  He holds an MBA from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Keiji has joined PLM in September 2022 as Vice Chairman & Co-Chief Strategy Officer with over 34 years in the leasing and financing industry at 5 different countries. Keiji has been with Mizuho Leasing since 2019, where he served as Senior Vice President of PNB-Mizuho Leasing in the Philippines. Prior to Mizuho Leasing, Keiji’s background includes 16 years at ORIX Group.

Keith Shipp

President & Chief Executive Officer

Keith has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer for PLM since 2011 and has been a leader in the industry for two decades. Keith brings proven experience in executing branding strategy and leading the transformation of efficient sales processes. His background includes SVP of Sales and VP of Strategic Consulting Services at GE and ModSpace, respectively.

Robert Sukovich

Robert joined PLM in 2005 and currently holds the position of Chief Compliance & Administrative Officer.  He has held positions in accounting and finance in the transportation and leasing industries as well private legal practice during his career.

Lynne C. Wilson

Chief Financial Officer

Lynne joined PLM in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of senior level experience in tax, audit, finance and accounting.  Prior to joining PLM, Lynne was the CFO for Beacon Rail Leasing, a rolling stock leasing company that serves the Pan European and North American marketplaces.

Mark is a leader with a proven track record of leading sales and operations excellence, P&L management and national account growth. He brings over twenty years of operations and sales experience with companies including GE and XTRA Lease.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the IRTA.
